Stirling tech

The Stirling engine is an almost 200 year old invention, but it is only now with today's technology that it can become a commercial product for a wide customer base.

It fits as well in the villa as a source of energy for heat and electricity as in industrial or commercial contexts.

By adjusting the size, taking as much energy as possible and having a high efficiency heating source, you get these benefits:

- The Stirling engine fits most installations from a standard villa up to industry and community.

- by utilizing both electricity and heat, you get a very high efficiency - over 90%.

- Many different heat sources can be used for the same engine. Solar energy, heating through combustion of pellets or different types of gas.

- through a customized combustion of pellets or gas, low emissions are obtained, about 20% of what a modern car releases, this without catalyst or other purification methods. With the sun as heat source, the emissions will be zero.

The ordinary combution engine

In a ordinary combution engine, fuel is fed into the engine where there is a combustion that creates the movement, the rotation, which can then be used to drive the car forward or generate electricity via a generator. Internal combustion occurs in these engines.

The internal parts and bearings of the engine are exposed to combustion and its contamination, which affects service life and necessitates service often.

Stirling engine

In a Stirling engine there is a working gas, in this case nitrogen, which is heated to expand and then cooled down to decrease in volume.
